Two of a kind

Meeting on 26th of August 1994 was a very cheerful event. At least that impression you get watching the photo of two generals, who exchanged their caps. Beside the cap, Ratko presented to Wesley a bottle of brandy (probably domestic plum brandy), and pistol with engraved dedication. Few month later (after USA took side in Bosnian civil war and bombed Serbs into acceptance of Dayton agreement) Mladic sent him back his cap… However, Wesley didn’t have a chance to do the same.
